The house was exactly as advertised - very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. All of the amenities made the trip especially easy and enjoyable. The pool was heated just as we requested, the community pool was fantastic and never crowded, and the beach access was incredibly close. Our kids loved having the sand toys and beach chairs available, and the golf cart we rented with the house was absolutely clutch for getting around. It really made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The only small suggestion we’d offer for the kitchen would be adding a nonstick skillet for making eggs in the morning and possibly an extra dish towel. With only two and no drying rack, we found ourselves using one for drying dishes and one to lay them on, leaving none for drying hands. That said, these are very minor things compared to how great the stay was overall. We truly had such a great trip, our kids loved it, and we would absolutely come back again! ##### Lindsay H. It was very clean, the rental agent was responsive, close to the beach, and a great neighborhood. The only complaint was that I thought the separate "hot tub" in the backyard was a true hot tub that could be heated independently. It's actually just an extension of the pool. I guess the Hot Tub in the listing refers to the one at the neighborhood pool. Nonetheless, we were able to heat the whole pool so that it was plenty warm to swim in despite the cooler weather (which was great). It was close to the beach, although we drove as it was a bit longer of a walk than I would prefer if carrying a lot of beach gear. The beaches were beautiful. There were only 4 pool towels for our reservation of 5, so would recommend bringing your own. It was a great place to spend the week. ##### Rebecca H. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had so much fun at the house that we barely ventured out to explore the local attractions.My mom has difficulty with her knees, so it was wonderful that the pool had easy steps and a handrail, plus it was heated to the perfect temperature. The house was also very accessible, although we did need a stool for the bed for Mom. We're already looking to book our next trip! ##### Kari O. This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at! We had an amazing week! We didn’t have any issues or complaints. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were pool toys and floats and also beach gear and toys in the garage. Renda is so sweet! She was super easy to communicate with and made sure that we were just able to relax. We will be renting with her again this coming year. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the few chilly days we had- both heated. The walk to the beach was short and we had tons of options for food all around us.
