Steps to beach and Pool!! It Had To Be You, Wonderful You, It Had To Be You. Like a slow dance with someone you love, It Had to be You will give you the warm and fuzzies with its inviting personality. The happy blue exterior with the quintessential southern front porch; the spacious backyard with a shaded porch, lush landscaping and a grill; the three floors of comfortable beds and furnishings, these are the things that make guests ask for a ‘second dance’. Great for entertaining a large family, this Destin vacation rental has the conveniences of a modern kitchen, a full laundry room, first and third floor gathering rooms plus TVS in each bedroom. The Primary suite is extra spacious featuring a separate sitting area and a spa bathtub in the Primary bath. Other alluring traits include its stone tile floors, colorfully beachy artwork and its very close proximity to restaurants and shops. It Had to be You is more than just a pretty face, as part of the Ocean View community, known for its pristine lawns and white picket fences, it will quench all your outdoor needs. It has access to the sun drenched pool right next door plus it’s only a half block from the glorious beaches of the Gulf Coast and the walking/biking path that runs along the beach. This property is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. Due to allergies, smoking is strictly prohibited at this rental. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. On our third day we woke up to a water leaking in the living room from the furnace, but the management address the problem right way. Super close to the beach with a less than 5 minute walk. House is nice, a little dated in style of furnishings and the leather on the couch is peeling in places. Bed is master bedroom very uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with stuff to cook but you will need to bring spices, sugar, etc. There were no beach chairs, etc so that type of item also needs to be brought with. This was an incredible find for the perfect family vacation. There were six of us staying at this property and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Everything was clean, aside from the fact that the garbage cans were left completely overflowing by the previous tenants. The check in process was flawless but the absolute best part of this property is the location. The neighborhood is amazing, the pool is right next-door and you are half a block off the beach.
