    This spacious, bright, ground-floor condo features an open-concept design. Step out through the patio door and enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the nearby community pool. The crisp, white kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the essentials for creating memorable vacation meals. The relaxing master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, while the second, charming cottage-themed bedroom has two queen-sized beds. Beach service is included, with two chairs and an umbrella provided.

    Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 2 Pets - 50 lbs and under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

Everything was great, the people all around were so friendly. Great community. The only problem we encountered was the coffee pot, it would work with the Keurig cup but not the pot. We had a great time.

FANTASTIC LOCATION!

We loved the location being just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. This is a beautiful area of Destin. Property was immaculate and as described. So grateful that dogs are allowed. Would definitely return.

We love this area! Our 2nd time booking in Chateau La Mer. This unit was perfect for my family of 4. Clean, quiet, close to the beach! Management is amazing to work with. Our trip was short, but we had an amazing time!

Perfect for family vacation!

We took our two grandchildren for a week away during Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier with the condo or the location!! Everything was clean, neat and perfect for someone who cooks most of our meals! Having a pool and the beach just across the street is perfect when the older kids want to go to the beach and the little ones don’t!! We will definitely book this condo again!!

Great location with beach access directly across street, 2 beach chairs included was very nice bonus. Property/association is a little outdated, but condo itself was very nice and clean. Overall a very good experience.

Four adults and a very spoiled Shih Tzu enjoyed our trip to Destin. The condo was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The first floor condo is perfect for anyone that has difficulties with stairs or steps.

Nice touch apartment

First time in Miramar, apartment is located in front of the beach and acceptable driving distance to other places. I would improve safety locking mechanisms in the doors to make people feel safer. Administration was helpful supporting process to recover an ipad we left by mistake after we checked out.

Great location, clean, nice.

Great location of the apartment! You’ll need no more than 3-4 minutes to get to the beach. The apartment is clean, although many things are a bit old, but this is all fully consistent with the rental price. We had no problems with the air conditioning or kitchen equipment. Clean pool and laundry, barbecue area right next to the building where the apartment is located. We spent a wonderful week in beloved Destin. We will definitely recommend Chateau La Mer to our friends!

Great location but less than impressive accommodations.

Our stay was in January. We loved the area (especially the beach) but would not stay here again. Pros:Great beach access across the street. Matched description of space. Clean upon arrival Cons:Beds were extra firm. Not comfortable. Blankets/bedding were thin. Pans in kitchen were warped. No towels placed in bathrooms. Had to search for them in closets. Water was rusty each morning in the shower. Neighbors constantly stopping and looking in our patio window for extended periods of time. The outdoor shower for washing feet did not have water so sand got dragged into the condo no matter how much we tried to wipe our feet. Had to sign an additional contract prior to being given check in procedures.

Super easy from start to finish. Beds were so comfortable and the unit was beautiful. So insanely close to the beach and the two complimentary chairs every day were so clutch. Best bang for your buck. We will definitely be back.

The stay overall was amazing! Our only preference for future stays would be a washer/dryer in the condo and better cleaning of the floors. The floors were not very clean and there was prior pet hair balls under beds. Otherwise, the accommodation was perfect for our entire family including our golden, Hank! Thanks!
