Sterling Sands 504 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Sterling Sands 504 gives you the chance to learn from vacation experts Jimmy Buffet and Tommy Bahama and live like you’re in paradise- it’s always sunny and it's always 5 o’clock! In fact, this Destin vacation rental is so vivacious and fun, it's as if Buffet and Bahama collaborated on decorating. Bursting with happy energy, the two en-suite bedrooms (playfully named Crab Island and Two Shell Retreat) of 504 feature comfortable bedding, custom curtains and brilliantly colorful art in tropical themes. Yes, every inch of this 5th story condo exudes joy- from the coral reef end tables to the aqua walls. Other than the lively decor, there are additional perks of this rental that will keep you happy as a clam. It’s a convenient place to stay thanks to the fully-stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking and high-speed elevator. Plus, 504’s furnished balcony is private and boasts glass railing which offers unobstructed views of miles and miles of emerald water. Sterling Sands guests also enjoy amenities like a large green lawn with a grilling pavilion, an expansive pool and spa deck as well as a fitness center- all overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico. Sterling Sands also sits on prized property in the heart of Destin. The Track recreation center, Big Kahuna’s waterpark, markets, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Or hop in the car to discover award-winning golf courses, several outdoor malls and the famous Destin harbor. Nothing in Destin is far away and everywhere you go you’re sure to enjoy that paradise vibe. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. \*\*There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per guest, age 5 and older, to receive access to the property and amenities. This includes wrist bands, gate codes and parking passes. You will need to preregister before your arrival with the weblink we will send you after you have made your reservation. No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31\. The place was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but clever use of mirrors ensures that you never feel it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality linen provided. Our two teens shared the 2nd bedroom that has a twin over a full-size bunkbed. The room isn't very big, but they managed just fine. The master bedroom was lovely. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to make your own meals. The location to the beach and the view is absolutely amazing. The owners graciously provide two chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day (otherwise, you have to rent them daily). The entire property is kept clean and is monitored to ensure that only owners and guests are in the pool area. The location is central to many interesting activities and places to eat. The check-in and check-out process was easy and well communicated. We have only good things to say about this unit and the entire property! Loved the ease of check-in with the text messages. I had thought the bracelets that had to be worn to access the property were going to be aggravating to wear but surprisingly they weren’t. The complimentary chairs and umbrella was so nice!! Even the beach cart for us to use was great! The kitchen had everything you can imagine to cook with. From a crockpot to a kitchen aide. We had a nice parking spot in the garage so our car stayed cool. The check in process was flawless and very organized. The unit we rented was one of the nicest rooms we ever stayed at. If It was remodeled recently we could tell it was so new and clean. I loved the amenities that was included like the umbrella and chairs. We also had garage parking. Everything was close by shopping and restaurants.
