Book your stay today and embark on a seaside retreat like no other. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Washer was broken but tgen made arrangements for us to do laundry in another nearby unit and we appreciated the solution. The people in the unit above us wree up at 3am nearly every morning and walked loudly enough to wake us up. Everything was clean and easy to take care of! Plus they gave us a little welcoming gift since we were on our honeymoon! Only thing that kinda spoiled e experience was the lack of toilet paper. This unit did not disappoint. It is on the bottom floor, making easy access to the beach. The management company was communicative and accommodating to our requests.
