This beautiful home is perched above the dunes, overlooking the beach and pool. The beachfront pool features a heated spa, waterfall, and bathrooms. This home has everything you need to renew your senses, featuring a tennis court, pickleball, fitness center, and a private beach. Jade East 1640 is conveniently located across from Big Kahuna’s water park. You can walk or take a short ride to award-winning restaurants, beachside bars, golf, family fun centers, and much more! Cook your steaks or seafood on the BBQ grills located alongside the beach. We highly recommend taking a sunset stroll along the beach to nearby restaurants. Layout: Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 - Two queen-size beds (sleeps 4). Bedroom 3 - King size bed (sleeps 2) The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout, and there are two rollaway cots (sleeps 2). The kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment. The hallway between the two north bedrooms has two separate bathrooms and a laundry space. Check-in time is 4 PM (Central) Check-out time is 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spot from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance. Access to the unit is easy as there is a reserved parking spot for unit 1640 near the elevators. Take the elevator up to the condo or down to the beach level, where you will find the fitness center, the pool, and the grilling area. Additional parking is available on the north side of the parking lot next to the tennis court. You must have a parking pass to park in the lot. The parking passes are located on the front table inside the condo. You may only have up to two vehicles parked on the premises at any time. Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed. This property is in the gated community/resort of Jade East and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. The maximum number of nights that can be booked is 60\. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow the rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. Only guests over 25 may book this home. To be able to walk out to the beach so easily and have a chair with umbrella waiting every day was perfect (extra cost for chairs and umbrellas but well worth it). The pool was warm which was perfect with the windy night air. The kids loved having their own spaces to retreat to as well. Rather than renting boogie boards from the umbrella place we bought them from 5 Below for 5 each and then gave them to another family when we left. As we were working “from home” (with sand on the ground, not snow), the desk in the master bedroom was perfect! We had people fly in every weekend (it did get old driving the hour round trip to VPS). Property Management was one of the best I’ve worked with. They were firm but very understanding. Would definitely rent from Love Rentals again.I really have no complaints about anything! Location to Hwy 30A was close and great for day trips. Pool was heated and other residents were friendly. We fit 9 people in the condo comfortably. The communication with the booking agency was less than factual regarding the pool and if it was heated during our trip. Said it would be and it was not, which lead to a really cold pool and disappointed kids. The other downfall with the whole condo building is that they line the edge of the beach spanning three separate condo buildings with the rented chairs and umbrellas. If you have your own beach chairs and don’t want to pay that added fee or sit behind all those chairs with a blocked view of the water, you have to walk quite a ways down the beach to sit without looking at the back of chairs. If you’re hauling all the beach stuff and toys for kids, this is more of an annoyance than anything since you paid for the condo like others. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice to know in advance. The condo was clean and stocked well for our 5 night stay. it was decorated very nicely with the beach theme in an upscale modern way. We only had one small issue on arrival with the community gate code, not working. But I reached out to the property manager and he gave me a new one immediately. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and plenty of good restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice condo on the beach waterfront in Destin. ##### Kim M.
