They also had a closet full of beach things off the balcony! check this closet before you buy anything- ice chest floaties, toys, umbrellas, you name it!I packed a pack and play for my baby but they also had one in unit as well as a highchair, and situp seat! beds were so cozy. Keep in mind the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator and the beach access is walkable with no "closer" parking (we preferred this) We had 3 kids ages 4,6 and 1 as well adults and had plenty of room! The one thing I would note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor - there's no elevator - the stairs aren't bad, but you can't see the ocean from the unit.
