  • Off The Clock is a private coastal home in Destin's Crystal Beach neighborhood, sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located steps to the beach, enjoy a private 12' x 24' heated saltwater pool, a fenced grassy backyard, complimentary seasonal beach service, and an outdoor shower.

    Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
    - First-floor bedroom: King bed, direct access to the pool deck, adjacent full bathroom
    - Second-floor bunk room: Two queen bunk beds, en suite bathroom, 64-inch TV, and adjoining balcony seating
    - Second-floor master suite: King bed, vaulted ceiling, 70-inch TV, coffee station, and en suite bathroom with double sinks

    Living and Kitchen:
    - Living area with shiplap walls, comfortable seating, and 70-inch smart TV
    - Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, and Keurig
    - Dining area and breakfast bar seating for 10
    - Dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi
    - Full-size washer and dryer on the first floor

    Outdoor Amenities:
    - Private 12' x 24' heated saltwater pool with lounge seating
    - Covered outdoor dining table with propane grill on the pool deck
    - Outdoor shower
    - Fenced grassy backyard

    - Beach Service: Complimentary seasonal beach set-up (2 chairs and an umbrella) is provided from March through October. A storage shed includes a beach wagon, wheeled beverage cooler, extra beach chairs, umbrella, electric inflator, boogie boards, and beach toys.
    - Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $350 per week, separate fee, please inquire ahead of check-in
    - Family Gear: Children's items provided include a Pack 'n Play, high chair, booster seat, and toys.
    - Neighborhood: Steps from the beach for easy back-and-forth trips. Local restaurants are in walking distance, and grocery stores including Whole Foods and Publix are located within a couple miles.
    - House Rules: Driveway parking is strictly limited to 5 vehicles per city regulations; street and over-driveway parking is prohibited. City noise ordinance begins at 10:00 PM. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on property during the stay. ID and signed waiver may be required.

Perfect annual 4th of July week stay! Beautiful home, great location, very comfortable and extremely clean. Lots of added amenities that make traveling with “less” so much “more”. Beautiful Home

This house is perfectly decorated, well stocked for all needs! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and using all the amenities in the back yard. Very close to the beach and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the day by the water.

Awesome House

Love this house! Its beautifully decorated. Cozy and well stocked inside and out! Very short walk to the beach and the pool was so relaxing. The lights and fire table out back were the perfect end to a fabulous day at the beach!! We will definitely be renting again!

100% Beachy Vibes

A great place to stay right near the beach. Newly renovated, beautiful inside with a coastal aesthetic and vibe. The thought and detail is fantastic with a very well equipped kitchen, as well as equipment for the beach. Everything has been thought through. The hosts were very communicative and make a great effort to look after you. Highly recommend!

Fun beach house

We really enjoyed bringing the family to Destin. The house was a short walk to the beach, and the two chairs and umbrella reserved there made it easy to always have a spot. The backyard heated pool was a great place to relax before dinner. Good location a short drive to shopping and dining. The house was clean and everything in good shape, and property management was very easy to communicate with before check in and while on site. Highly recommended!

Relaxing “Destin”ation

Loved our stay in beautiful Destin this spring. This is our 3rd year in a row visiting the Crystal Beach area. This home is charming, exceptionally clean and has everything you could think of to make your stay a dream. We loved the heated pool, spacious back yard and how near you are to the white sandy beach. We will definitely look to stay at “Off the Clock” again next year. Till then.

76 stingray was the nicest, cleanest, most “feel like I’m home” rental I’ve ever stayed in. Location was prime. Amenities were spot on. And the host was on top of their property and communicating with me. Can’t say enough good about it all

Fall Break

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was beautiful, clean, kitchen was better equipped than most homes. The location is just a few minute walk to beach. The reserved umbrella and chairs on beach were perfect. Also the wagon and beach chairs provided by owner were nice too. The backyard was great pool, and fire pit made for nice evenings. We will definitely be back.

BOOK THE HOUSE!

We treated our high school grads to a trip to Destin, and this beach house was absolutely perfect! The moment we walked in, we were blown away—the space was warm, beautifully decorated, and incredibly inviting. Honestly, it was so comfortable that we almost didn’t want to leave to explore!But when we did, the beach was just steps away—so close that we could easily walk back and forth throughout the day. Morning coffee on the balcony or afternoons in the gorgeous pool in the back yard relaxing—it was everything we hoped for and more. And the customer service was stellar! If you’re even thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it.

“Off the Clock” extravagance!

The property was even nicer in person than it looked in the listing photos. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the location couldn’t be beat! There are so shops, restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. Not to mention the beautiful sandy beach was less than a 10 minute walk away. The property manager, Louise, was incredibly easy to communicate with and very attentive to any and all needs. No detail was missed with this property and we can’t wait to come back! PS: there is a private pool and personal oasis in the backyard!! Robert J

True to the name

Off the Clock was an amazing property and experience for our family of five. The house felt like home. Very well laid out and the details really made that feeling possible. Extremely clean, very spacious, the decor was thoughtful and comfortable. The kitchen was especially nice. It’s not easy to feed 3 hungry kiddos for multiple meals, but the open kitchen and breakfast bar was the perfect platform for many meals and memories with our kids before they ran back to jump in the pool. We sat down for a few family meals at the beautiful kitchen table as well. The proximity and location on the beach was perfect. The short walk was easy and a fun little adventure for the us and the kids to explore and talk, while also allowing them to help pull the wagon and cooler that was provided (much appreciated!) ;) Truly an amazing stay for us, best property we’ve visited in our few years of starting to travel with our little fam. We’ll definitely return! Thank you to the Cohen’s for sharing your house with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Off the Clock. The house was well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house was also very clean. The pool was great and our family spent a lot of time there. We loved the location. Just a short walk to Crystal Beach access. The reserved chairs and umbrella were a great bonus. Jamie was responsive and very helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Summer vacation

Amazing stay! Beautiful home close to the beach and very close to some good restaurants. All the things you will need for your vacation is already here. Beach wagon and chairs provided , made things very nice. Very clean home and super easy check in-out process. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Destin!!!

Great Family Vacation

Everything about the stay was great. The host, Louise, communicated with us continuously and was very helpful. The house is beautiful, clean, and we had no surprises. We spent the mornings at the beach which was just a short easy walk even with two kids under 2. The pool and backyard was great for the afternoons. Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! The property manager was wonderful and responded quickly with any questions that we had. The house is beautiful and well-outfitted and it was the perfect size for the six of us. We loved having our own pool and the backyard had a very fun atmosphere, and we also enjoyed just being a block away from the beach! We used the reserved beach chairs every day we were there. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

Wonderful week at Off the Clock

The property is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy, the location was perfect- a very quick walk to the beach, the property manager, Louise and owner, Cliff, both checked in with us and were very responsive. The house has every amenity you could need, including beach equipment, the pool was so much fun and we did not want to leave! Thank you so much for hosting us! We hope to return soon.
