Inside is a bright open-concept living and dining area with comfortable seating, a spacious dining table, and breakfast bar seating in the kitchen. • The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, cookware, bakeware, small appliances, plus a Standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, for all our coffee-loving guests! • On the first floor, there’s a full bathroom with tub/shower, a bunk room with Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and trundles, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. • The second floor has two spacious master bedrooms, each with a King bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. • The third floor offers a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The Neighborhood: You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Getting Around: • Crystal Tower by the Sea is just 20-30 minutes from VPS airport (traffic permitting) and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction! • Airport Distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles Panama City FL (ECP) - 49 miles Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles Other Things to Note: • Crystal Tower is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs. • Golf cart drivers must be age 25+, complete our waiver, have a valid license, and valid insurance coverage. • Pool heating pricing is $350 for your stay. For trip over 7 days in length, this cost is increased, please inquire for rates. Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival. • Self check-in with keypad • All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Our cleaners supply a light courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay. • We do not supply any beach or pool items, other than beach towels. Matt was kind enough to let our drivers in early so they could empty the car and pick up the rest of us at the airport. We ran into a few problems when we arrived. But when I contacted Matt he was quick to respond. The house is in a perfect location. Close to the beach and close even for our Starbucks fans to walk or take the golf cart. The home was not stocked as noted. Due to the poor conditions of skillets, I had to purchase new one's as I would not cook food in the ones provided. The frig would only provide crushed ice and not cubed. The dishwasher bottom rack is missing parts so very hard to close. You have to actually lift the rack up and push in. The laundry ceiling has evidence of past leaks. The washer and dryer do not clean well and clothes comes out with lint etc. Even though the lint trap is cleaned after every use. The outside turf area is torn up. The one or two cushions on the pool chairs have mold and need to be thrown away. The outside bar is falling apart. The home itself itself came with one ply toilet paper. No kleenex or other items. The primary bedroom did not have a tv remote. Linens are very cheap and there were not any blankets provided. The 2nd upstairs bedroom bathroom ceiling is peeling paint. The Guest house was great. The pool was great. The landscaping around the pool is pool. Dead shrubs and trees or something is growin in the bushes. The grill as noted is not hooked up to gas. Luckily there was enough propane to grill a couple of nights. I am terribly disappointed in the condition. The beach access is about 2 blocks from the home and golf cart was great to have.
