Our group of nine had the most wonderful time at Compass Resorts in Destin. The check in process was easy, the building was clean and our condo was beautiful! The view of the ocean from our 3rd floor balcony was perfect. My only suggestion is that the pool be heated a little bit more. Otherwise, everything about our stay was perfect. ##### Kristen G. This condo was perfect for our first reunion. It is well decorated, spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of that sugar sand beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped and there were small dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. There isn’t shampoo or hairdryer but the bathrooms had fresh towels and soap. We found the management company polite and helpful. The location is very good. The property however didn't meet my expectations as when I walked in off the elevator it smelled terribly like mildew or mold!! then they tried to cover it up everyday with potent smelling air fresheners are sickening. I am very allergic to mildew or mold and that what the property smelled like to me. They should rip up all the carpet and put nice water proof floors in the entry ways. I wish the condo would have had a spatula to flip eggs in there pans they had a huge steel spatula to use on a barbecue grill.The condo it self was very nicely decorated. ##### Tina K.
