If you are looking to sit on your balcony in peace, this place is not for you. It sits on the main road of Gulf Shore Dr and very noisy with all the cars going by. I played golf on the 9 hole par 3 course on the property (with clubs provided by the condo association), relaxed in the hot tubs near the swimming pools, strolled the private beach for both stunning sunrise and sunset photos. The complex is located closely to anything I needed: grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, bank, etc. I would go back to Sandpiper Cove in a nanosecond! ##### Joseph Z.
