Just remodeled! This is the best unit in Jade East. 3 bedroom/3 Bath. Master bedroom with King with Jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower, Second bedroom with Queen and Third with Two Double beds. Each room has its own private bathroom. Washer and dryer located in back bathroom for your convenience. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a stand alone icemaker and a wet bar to include a wine cooler. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player! High speed internet is provided. A balcony is accessible both from the den and master bedroom with breathtaking views. Unit includes fitness room, tennis court, hot tub, and seasonal heated pool with waterfall. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. On-site outdoor grill and dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking place so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

Overall, the condo was clean even though there was some mess under one bedroom chairs. The washer/dryer was difficult to use due to set up (swap them or put in a top loading washer). The water in the showers was a little slow to heat up. The views were terrific. Access to the pool and beach were great. Stacey (host) was great and very responsive - 4.5 overall rating.

We always look forward to our trip to this condo and always this condo does NOT disappoint!! Great communication prior to our stay in regards to food suggestions and how to rent umbrellas and chairs. Wonderful!!

You can’t beat this condo! The views are AMAZING and so is the location. Very spacious condo which was nice since we had 3 adults and 2 babes- we didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The property manager, Stacey, was so easy to get in touch with. Super quick response and extremely personable! We will be back next summer!
