The property manager and owner went above and beyond to come up with a more than fair solution. Their customer service was outstanding. The property was excellent for my family of 4\. This unit is literally 10 steps from the pool and just across the street from the beach - an easy walk. The beach service being included was awesome and made the beach time great! The neighbors in the other units were quiet. It seemed like mostly families staying there. The washer/dryer worked great. The location is excellent, directly across from the beach. The interior could use an update and a deep cleaning, but still clean and comfortable. Stayed with my husband, our adult son and our 9yr old Golden, Babe. Couldn't have asked for a better location right next to the pool and the fact that my pup felt right at home in the backyard, was great! I would suggest adding an additional frying pan to the unit. There was only 1 and it wasn't all that great. I also never found a blow dryer but since it was 100 degrees outside, it didn't bother me at all. I never needed it LOL We will be back with our pup as soon as possible ! Thank you! ##### shannon m. Both times now the accommodations have been wonderful! Very convenient to the beach and other activities. Quite and clean properties. Besides that however the location is great, back door goes right to the pool which is super convenient and it’s easy to walk right to the beach. Having beach chairs and an umbrella included with the stay was fantastic. The apartment was fairly spacious and the two rooms gave us our own space apart from the children. Generally a good place and we’ll probably stay here again. ##### Jason N. Broken blinds in front window. Dresser drawers fall out. Cabinets old and worn. Great layout. Great location. Love the walkability to local restaurants. Beach is gorgeous. Chair service is excellent.
