Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces. The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout. The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design. The condo is clean and modern and has all the amenities that my children and I need. The beach is a short walk down the stairs, and the host provides beach chairs and umbrella, which is much appreciated. The host's communication is A. We loved staying at this property. The whole family had a great time. It took us a day to get adjusted to how loud the AC blower was but that was a minor thing. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean and set up so nicely with all the amenities listed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay that was close to everything, shopping, resturants and of course ... the beach! Our host was very gracious and helpful. My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon!
