Come relax in this ocean beach condo with its breathtaking views of the Gulf. The condo is on the beach and is centrally located right in the heart of Destin. The perfect location with a close proximity to many restaurant, shops, theme parks and Crab Island. The unit features The Heavenly Bed mattress by Westin(w/hypoallergenic protector). Because we believe that a good night sleep is just as important as waking up to captivating views for optimal rest and relaxation during your stay. The views from the unit are truly magnificent with the Gulfs' emerald turquoise hue water and sugar white sand beaches. Delight yourself in the morning sunrise with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. We offer complimentary coffee from the state-of-the-art Nespresso machine which makes delicious lattes, espressos, and cappuccinos. If you prefer traditional drip coffee Starbucks blend is always stocked in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the beach during the day, rest in the heavily beds while listening to the ocean waves by night, see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This place is amazing! \*\*\*\*\*NOTE: The condo was recently renovated, including all new windows and doors. The outdoor swimming pool and hot jacuzzi are open, however the indoor pool and splash pad are currently closed. The Indoor pool is expected to open in April. They're currently finishing up renovations, continued construction, there may be some intermittent noise in different parts of the building. Due to the renovations, the nightly rates have been significantly reduced to make up for any inconveniences. \*\*\*If dates are unavailable for this unit, feel free to check out the posh unit on the 8th floor, 812\. Features same layout with amazing views.(just downstairs from this one)\*\*\* perfect for multifamily groups\*\* The condo is on the 9th floor and it's in the Southwest private corner of the Resort. This very clean and cozy unit, 2BR/2Ba sleeps 7 people. The large ceiling to floor windows and mirrors capture the stunning Gulfs' view all day from every angle of the unit. The kitchen has pots, pans, toaster, dishes, and utensils that are necessary to cook a good meal. It has Italian marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. As well as beautiful travertine natural stone floors throughout the common areas and marble floor in the bathrooms. Cleanliness is our top priority, therefore all mattresses and pillows use hypoallergenic protectors that are changed, cleaned, and sanitized after each guest. The master bedroom has a king-size highly rated Heavenly Bed by Westin, with a full bathroom, and a glass sliding door that opens directly to the balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom also has a queen Heavenly Bed with adjacent full bathtub bathroom as well. In the living room the queen size sleeper sofa accommodates two guests. Rest at ease in a fresh clean high thread count 100% cotton sheets. \*\*We adhere to high standard of cleaning and disinfecting methods throughout the unit. All highly touched surfaces; light switches, remote controls, game boxes, door handles, knobs are cleaned. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic protectors which are washed at high temperature, sanitized, and changed between guests, along with all linens, towels and bed comforters. The unit is aerated with fresh ocean breeze during cleanings. \*\*\* we use lysol products\*\* For your convenience and entertainment when not at the beach, the living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen, wall mounted smart TVs. Also provided is ALEXA-plays music and offers local general recommendations. As well as free high speed Wi-Fi, Xbox and board games, wifi Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. For families with smaller children a portable play pen and a portable baby chair are also available in the unit. And of course the basics; travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap,(Paya organics an eco friendly brand), toilet paper, and kitchen paper towels, dish soap, and sponge. This is a smoke free condo including balcony. However, the resort does offer a smoking area for guest who smoke during the day. You can smoke outside by the Hot tub area, just not in the unit nor anywhere inside the building. Resort policy. Located in the immediate vicinity of The Sundestin Resort are many restaurants. Many places are within 3-5 min driving or walking distance. Thomas and Yinn were amazing host. Quickly responding and checking on us. Got to check in a little earlier. We will def be back. The condo restaurant was amazing. The beach guys was awesome. One of the best trips we’ve had and will be back next year. Corner condo with huge windows overlooking the ocean. Clean, spacious and a beautiful kitchen. The entire building (not the condo) is under renovations, but we did not hear any noise. The building is older and is in need of some updating, but once you were inside the condo you didn’t realize it. The owners were great and communicated promptly with my questions. Easy beach access. Great locations to attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo. ##### Misty R. Very clean. Only downfall was no in unit washer/dryer and some of the features pictured are no longer available (i.e. children’s splash pad). Enjoyed to games, beach chairs, toys and more stocked in the condo. The view was amazing! I drank coffee and watch the ocean and beach every morning. This unit is one of the few indoor access units in this building. That means no fighting the wind or rain while opening the door. The building it's self has a good bar and grill, security, and gift shop. There is also a nice deck walkway to the beach. The property manager had great communication. There was a few hiccups before the trip started, and they were very hospitable. I even spoke with him directly when we could not figure out the TV. The view is really amazing from inside and the balcony! That is one reason we picked this unit. There is no one next to you, it is on the corner. Also, the unit is much more up to date then the pictures show. It had very nice white matching comforters. The only thing I wish this unit had was a bit more in the kitchen. An air fryer would have made things a lot easier, with kids and after being out in the sun for a day. Also, it would have helped save some money. ##### Jessica B. They were very responsive during the stay. Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains were great for sleeping. Everything was perfect just as advertised with amazing views of the ocean. We were in walking distance to all the main attractions. The property is centrally located in the center of Destin and walking distance to many things. We really enjoyed the condo and the stay. Our only issue was that there was no place to store our luggage or belongings. There were 4 closets but all were locked except one closet in the master bedroom and it was packed full of cribs, high chairs, etc. and was not accessible to store luggage. The only place to put a suitcase is on floor next to bed - especially in the 2nd bedroom. Most drawers were occupied by blankets, air mattress, etc. so there was no drawer space so we had to leave most of our belongings in our suitcase. Removing items from drawers/closet would have resulted in navigating around it throughout the condo. Our stay would have been more comfortable had we had access to closets, drawers and luggage racks. ##### Teresa M.
