★ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow Golf Carts, RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 8:00 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper.

★ PETS - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING

Pet Disclosure Required: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. A non-refundable pet fee must be paid before arrival. Undisclosed pets are not allowed and may result in reservation cancellation or additional charges.

Liability & Responsibility: By booking this reservation, you accept full liability for any damage or injury caused by your pet to the property, guests, or others. You also release the homeowner and property manager from all liability related to your pet and agree to cover any legal costs required to defend against pet-related claims.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet: You must clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pet waste, excessive fur, stains, or odors are left behind.

Breed Restrictions: The following breeds—or any mix of these—are not allowed due to insurance and safety policies:

Violation of Policy: The owner and management company reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement if the pet policy is violated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.Any dogs with a bite history, or mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. No puppies, cats, kittens, or exotic pets are allowed.

★ NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed under any circumstances.

★ QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-8am. There is a security guard on duty at night.

★ PARKNG: Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway at all times. There is limited guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and around the pool area. Additional offsite PAID parking is outside neighborhood.

★ CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control.

★ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 10 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

★ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest. If the house is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check in.

This place was amazing for our family trip. It was a great location near the beach and restaurants too. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids, and the place was very clean. The pool was great, this kids loved it. Overall it was an amazing place to stay.

Family get together

Our family flew in and drove to spend a week together. The house was perfect for our needs. Gulf in the morning, pool in the afternoon. Our grandson (5), oldest of the 3 kids, said it was the best vacation. David, our host, was wonderful. He got back to us immediately when we had questions. Perfect place to stay with young kids.

Great family house

My husband, mother and our 2 kids (ages 1.5 and 7) stayed 6 nights here. The house is in a great neighborhood, it felt very safe and family friendly. The pool is amazing and one of our favorite parts about the stay. David was very quick to respond when I had any questions. It’s a pretty easy 10-15 min walk down to the beach. Close to Destin Commons which turned out to be a great place to take the kids when the beach was extremely crowded. The layout was good for kids and there were 2 baby gates that we used to keep the stairs safe for our little one. Beds were comfortable, showers were good and fridge was large and clean. There was a pack n play so we didn’t have to travel with ours. The furniture and “extras” (TVs, games, kitchen supplies, etc) were dated and clearly very well used, but we made do with everything we had. Coffee pot broke while we were there and David had a new one delivered within 2 hours. We drove to Henderson state park for the beach with the kids and used the wagon and extras provided. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. I would stay here again.

Great property!

The property and location were great! This was by far the cleanest rental that we have stayed in. The resort style pool was really nice and the kids loved it. David was a great host and so easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay in Destin for New Years

Everything was as described and there were tons of amenities! We were traveling with small children (1 and 3) and the house had a lot of extras that made our stay easier. The communication process was easy and clear. The house was extremely clean! We had no issues during our stay.

Family Gathering

We are new to this part of Florida and was really impressed with the neighborhood. I would recommend this house to any families looking for a clean, safe, beach trip. The beach is about .5 mile walk that is easy and the house provided a wagon that made hauling our cooler and beach supplies a breeze. Restaurants and grocery stores were super close and the outlet mall was only 4 miles away. We will be looking forward to staying in the same place very soon.

Great Location!

This house is in a very nice neighborhood that is a quick 10-minute walk to the ocean. It fit 7 of us perfectly! Tiffany was very responsive with any questions or needs that came up. Some of the furniture is a bit dated but it was very clean and none of that bothered our group!

Sweet Spot

Let's start with the positive. Easy to locate, house outside super cute property, tons of space in house, easy access once we figured out codes, pool beautiful and close by, beach access fairly close, Denton is a great cozy town with exception of paying to get in and paying to exit town, tons of close by amenities (restaurants, entertainment etc), property in small village type feel, inside house quiet as a mouse (so you wouldn't know if anything was going on outside). NOW, with exception of decorations (super cute) house was a basic drab beige outdated colors, furniture (seating) was well worn and not in the best way, cleaning fee was really high considering that fee didn't really imply that it would be spotless when you arrive, stained and scuffed walls, stained baths and showers, broken toilet paper holder, basically everything inside needs updated (simple fix), neighbors were very very close together so no privacy but inside you hear nothing so. Even though the neighborhood is congested, overall I would recommend this home for families that need a place to rest during an active day out. Property mgr was quick to respond to me and my family enjoyed our time here. Thank You

AMAZING RENTAL!!!!!!!

I celebrated my 28th birthday here with some friends!!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay!! The neighborhood was perfect and near everything!! The property manager replied to all of my messages and they even had complimentary treats for us! I will be booking again in the future for sure!! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms!

Not what I expected

About 3.5 blocks to a beautiful beach but the development was crowded and partially occupied by undesirable people. I witnessed a fight at the pool and ended up leaving. The house was okay but could have been cleaner. The sheets had sand and hair. We found a huge roach in the shower. For the price we paid, I was expecting something more glamorous. The agent was very responsive so issues there.

Great family vacation!

In short, great property; I'd stay here again and I'd recommend. We stayed with our family (includes three teenagers) and my brother's family (with a toddler). We had plenty of space and the layout of the house was great. The house was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed (and I'm usually a bit picky about this!). Plenty of dishes, glasses for a family of 8; was able to easily cook meals in the house. The neighborhood was nice and the pool was good. There is a staff member always at the pool. The walk to the beach was ~ 7-8 minutes. We walked the first few days and then decided to try to the van. The van was great - they put our wagon in the back of the van. The drivers were super friendly and brought us right back to our front door. The location was super convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner was very prompt. We arrived in town a bit earlier and after messaging the owner, she told us the house was ready (we were able to get in a bit early, which was great because it was pouring rain). Great family vacation!

Great house and location

The house is exactly as described. It is lovely and quite homey and comfortable. The beach is not that far although it was a little farther than I was thinking. It’s a 7-8 minute casual walk, which is not bad for those of us without any disabilities, but it was maybe a 10 to 15 walk for my mom, which was rough in the heat. However, the shuttle service is available and very prompt. They were a few days were he even picked us up when he saw us walking. The kitchen had everything we needed in the cart provided for the beach was very handy. The swimming pool was fabulous. It was one of our favorite parts and unfortunately we only used it one day! The food recommendations were right on point. Also, communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Destin. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation home away from home.

Destin vacation

This was our first time to Destin and the Villages at Crystal Beach. The property location was great; within walking distance to the beach and many stores were nearby. The beach was stunning with soft white sand and crystal clear water. You can rent very nice beach chairs and umbrella at the beach; this unit only supplied two beach chairs. The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed. I missed the comfort of my own bed at home but it was worth it!

Best Place Ever!

My family and I came down for a much needed vacation! The house was PERFECT! It was spotless, we had everything we needed. The location is AWESOME too. The property met every expectation for our party of 10. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location and short walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary cooking supplies, bathrooms were loaded with towels, the added bonus was the beach chairs and toys for the two teenagers in the group! We had no issues with getting into the home and even came with a welcome basket of goodies. Neighborhood was perfect, quiet at around 10pm and buzzing with beach goers in the morning. Russell Vacations were the absolute best group of people to work with on securing the place, quick to respond and ensured everything was as expected. We had no major issues with anything, the WiFi wasn’t very good upstairs for the boys Xbox but once we brought it downstairs closer to the router it worked just fine. We definitely plan to use this rental again on our next trip to Destin.

LOVE

Loved our stay here. Property had everything we needed and the location was great. The only downside was that the pool and especially the spa was constantly over run by kids. During the day it was no big deal. We loved that it was a family oriented place, but every evening/night we tried to use the hot tub and had no luck. It was definitely irritating. The pool rules were not being enforced because there were no adults supervising a majority of the kids there (which was a pool rule). Other than that I highly recommend this super cute place!!

Very nice place to stay

The property is located in a resort with a nice pool and in walking distance to the beach. However it is a small public beach. We ended up going to Henderson Beach Ststd spark which is only about a mile away. You do have to pay a daily entrance fee but to us it was worth it. Be aware that the properties are very close together.
