This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a coffee station, updated kitchen, and so much more. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening drink of choice on your spacious third floor balcony overlooking lush landscaping with peak-a-boo gulf views. The chef of the group will love the kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Whether you're gathering around the dining table that seats six or having a casual meal at the breakfast bar that seats four, this space is designed for both comfort and style. Unwind in the living area on a cozy sectional and recliner while you watch your favorite movie at the end of the day. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and TV. An attached bathroom offers a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, tv, and direct access to the hallway bathroom. The other guest bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed which allows this condo to sleep up to six guests comfortably. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer plus WIFI for guests. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026\. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent. The condo was excellent. There was construction going on during our stay which limited the use of the elevator because construction teams were also using it. I find this very weird because I am a project manager, and we would never allow our team to use the primary elevators that guest use.
