Saona Villas offers you this very beautiful villa, located next to the Montgo Natural Park with a magnificent view of the sea in the distance and the city of Denia. It benefits from a beautiful private swimming pool and everything necessary for a good vacation.  
  
This pretty house benefits from a beautiful, comfortable and tasteful interior, which can accommodate 6 people and with air conditioning in the living room. The 900 m² plot has many varieties of plants such as palm trees, cacti and others, as well as a pleasant private swimming pool and a built-in barbecue. A superb unobstructed view awaits you.  
Areas and equipment: Living area of approximately 200 m². Total plot of approximately 900 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Washing machine.  
  
On the main level (upstairs): Living / dining room (with TV (German channels), air conditioning and opening onto the covered and glazed terrace). Open and equipped kitchen (with hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and toaster). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and air conditioning). 1 shower room (with WC).  
On the ground floor (with internal staircase and also accessible from the outside): 1 shower room (with WC). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and opening onto the terrace with swimming pool).  
  
Outside: Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 5 meters (with internal steps) and superb view of the city and the sea in the distance. Covered terrace. Built-in barbecue and sink. An indoor and covered parking space.  
Approximate distances: Marineta Casiana Beach 4.4 km. Denia city center 3.4 km. Supermarket 3.5 km. 1st restaurant (GastroFratelli) 2.1 km. Alicante Airport 107 km.  
  
Please note: The double bedroom opening onto the terrace with swimming pool can therefore be used as a passage room to access the outside. But you can also get there via an exterior staircase.
