It's a basic good value property with self service check-in that's easy. Basic room and bath are Ok, but fronts on to a noisy Main Street. Thread bare towels, no shampoo or soap.

We had a good stay

Our room was spacious. Santa Claus museum and eateries are about 5-10 mins walkable. There is street parking. A mini market next door. Wifi is good. Rooftop buffet breakfast is good. SEAVIEW is only (barely)visible from the roof

The room was nice enough. Clean, reasonably modern etc. We thought the rooftop area needed cleaning up. If youre going to advertise it as something to do in Demre, then at least make it presentable. Interesting town.....in its own way.

We came in low season and that’s why there were no one at the desk, just a message “take your key and go to your room”. So we did. We booked 3 suites, but got 2 - one was a studio, another one is 2 bed apartment. I didn’t want to argue that I believe that payment for 3 separate suites was higher than for 2. But, ok, I was on vacation and didn’t want to get into all this back and force. The suites’ state is pretty shabby, so don’t expect it to be like in pics. We had breakfast (Turkish style) included, and it was delicious. The area around is safe, though a bit worn out. Also, be aware that they call you a way higher prices for everything around. I even think it was cheaper in Antalya to go out than in Demre. Overall, the place is OK. Will serve you perfectly for a couple of nights stay. Just don’t expect anything beyond OK.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Santa Suites. Good value, clean and comfortable and a really nice welcome. Great location for the Myra Tombs and St Nicholas Church and good restaurants and cafes close by. We stayed in February so they weren't doing breakfast which was a shame as it looks like it would have been very nice on the roof terrace.

Only stayed one night as part of a bigger trip. Best nights sleep I’d had for a week. A bit rough around the edges but it owns what it is. Close to the Main Street, the sea is a further away.

Nicely decorated room, very modern. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Very friendly and always helpful staff. Hotel is located by the city bus terminal. Walking distance to the St Nicholls museum and Mira. A lots of local small restaurants around. Thank you for your hospitality.

Although we didn't like Demre itself, this property was clean and comfortable and much nicer than it looked from the outside! Aircon unit/heater worked well, there was a fridge/kettle in the room and the bathroom was huge! My only complaint really was that there was never anyone on the reception desk (apart from when we arrived) so we had no-one to answer any of our questions about onward transport.

The property sits next to a gym that played loud music late into the night. Also the property is being renovated and construction continued until midnight and stopped only after making a call to complain… the rooms will be beautiful once finished. Very nice, home like feel to them. Hopefully, they will be finished when we come back next year. We will gladly stay again… staff onsite was kind and very apologetic for the issues we experienced

Go Santa!

You do not encounter a situation different from what you see in the pictures here and there on the internet. The location is very good. No parking lot available but no parking problem either. Rooms are neat and tidy. The employees are friendly, involved, caring and sincere. Breakfast is rich. Tea is served on the roof all night long. They like and value children. It is quite good in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Fantastic

I rarely review anymore but I simply had to say how good this little hotel is. Want to be greeted by a smiling staff who try to do everything possible to accomodate you? If yes, stay here. Fantastic breakfast, the best and freshest i have had. In the evening the father of the owner is up on the roof speaking with guests and serving a snack that is either grown by him or grown fresh and local. Rooms are spotless and new. Bathroom was very very large with lots of water pressure. Beds are new. AC works great. Has an elevator

Central location

Hotel is newly renovated and furniture is new. Location is close to center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But there are a lot to improve in the hotel. We were told that breakfast is until 10:30 but almost everything was finished when we went at 10:05 and when we complained we were told that other guests before us ate too much. The shower drain was completely blocked and water flooded everywhere in the bathroom. When we complained they cleaned the drain and it was OK. But this shows that bathrooms are not cleaned at all between different guests, otherwise they would have noticed the drain is blocked. There is no parking in the hotel, you need to park on the street.

Algunos puntos de mejora seria en la limpieza del rincón cocina, en el hecho que una de las ventanas estaba tapada con un tablón de madera por obras y en arreglar un poco el balcón que da al patio interior. El desayuno al estilo turco es completo, aunque para nuestros gustos faltaba zumos y leche, yogur y alguna pasta dulce.

Karşılama müthiş , yardımseverlik harika . Özellikle oteli sahipleri çok ılımlı ve sıcak kanlı . Sanki yıllardır orada kalmış gibiydim . Hiçbir konuda zorluk çıkarmadan çözüm odaklı ve yardımseverlerdi.özellikle Hasan amcanın sohbetini hayatım boyunca unutmayacağım :):) Odaları temiz , işlerine önem verdikleri her hallerinden belli . Müşteri değil de gerçekten misafir yaklaşımları var . Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan abla son derece güler yüzlü . Kahvaltı için özel istek olunca yardımcı olup hazırlıyorlar . Mesela patates kızartması istemiştik , sabah kalktığımızda abla hazırlamıştı sağolsun . Çamaşırlarınızı rahat bir şekilde yıkatıp kurulayabilirsiniz .

Demre seyehatinde memnun kalarak konakladığımız bir yer oldu, konum olarak Noel baba kilisesi 10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde sahilde bir 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde diyebilirim my romantik Ken’ine gitmek isteyenler için de 20 dakika 1 yürüyüş mesafesi ama zaten demre’yi arabayla geldiyseniz her yer ayağının altında oluyor. Bizim kaldığımız odada mutfakta vardı dileyen akşam yemeğinde burada yapabilir gerekli tüm malzemelerde yer arıyordu otelin içi zaten yeni dizayn edilmiş temiz çok memnun kaldık bir daha yolumuz devreye düşerse kalacağımız yer kesinlikle bura teşekkürler

Konumu güzel o kadar

Yorumlara bakarak bu tesisi seçtim otele girdiğimizde girişte ismim soyismim yazılı bir kağıdın yanına anahtar bırakılmıştı. Aldım odaya çıktık. Odaya yerleşirken birisi kimlikleri istemeye geldi bir de WhatsApp tan gönderilecek mesaj için bilgi istedi. Turizm okudum ve uzun zamandır turizm de çalışıyorum böyle karşılama görmedim. Ancak itiraf ediyorum gönderilen mesaj çok güzeldi keşke tüm tesisler yapsa. Sadece 48 hatta belki de sadece 36 saat konaklama yapacağız ve cuma akşamı girdik Pazar sabahı çıkacağız. Ancak cumartesi günü öğlen bir buçuk gibi bir mesaj odanızı değiştirdik eşyalarınızı taşıdık. Artık ne yapabilirim? Bir gece önce kapılar değişecek deniyordu çok gürültü yapmayacağız dedi ancak odanızı değiştireceğiz demediler. En azından onu söylemiş olsalardı eşyalarımı çantaya kendim koyardım. Önemsiz kaybolan malzemem var, altı üstü 10 liralık bir şey olduğu için resepsiyona inip söyleme ihtiyacı bile duymadım ancak diş fırçamı attım. Oda genelinde temiz gibiydi taa ki perdeyi çekene kadar. Ben yalnız yaşıyan bir erkeğim benim evimin pencereleri bile bu kadar kirli değil. Odanın ortasına salıncak kurmuşsunuz ama bu insanlar plajdan geldiğinde havlularını asacak bir ip, tel, çamaşırlık koymamışsınız. Otelden çıkarken de anahtarı bıraktık geldiğimiz gibi ayrıldık. Ahhh son olarak karyola başlığınız şık ancak arkasına en azından misina ipi ile bir şey yapaydınız da gece boyu düşen yastıkla uğraşmasaydık. Bir apart için üzüldüm verdiğim ücrete ama konumu güzel!!!
