Location is excellent; close to beach and town. House is comfortable. The only drawbacks would be that the house needed better indoor lighting and the kitchen, while well-equipped, was very unorganized as far as the contents of the cabinets and drawers. The house was feels like it was built in the 80s and kept everything original and true to character. The bathrooms were small but had everything you needed with loads of storage space in the bedrooms. The beach was 5 mins walking distance and maybe 10 mins walk to restaurants and little shops. The house itself could use some updates - it's musty, a little dimly lit, and the furniture is a bit haphazard.
