She was quite pleasant and welcoming. The property is super nice for a vacation and well within walking distance to the Atlantic Avenue restaurant and shopping district. The pool was nice with a great barbecue grill and well furnished patio. The beach is accessible by car and we found plentiful parking along the beach. Loved the beach chairs provided by the host. Really loved being able to have my dog. We felt very comfortable. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The house was just so adorable and cozy. The backyard was very much enjoyed especially the heated salt water pool.
