Enjoy your own private outdoor sitting area on the dock on the North side of the house, along with comfortable lounger chairs overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and backsplash, full fridge and full oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. Internet streaming Roku Tv, Unlimited high-speed internet, and even a backgammon board allow guests to escape the hot sun and relax in the AC. The brand-new comfy foam mattress will offer a great nite sleep as the day wraps up. Store your belongings in the walk-in closet provided, where you will also find extra linens, towels, blankets, A chest of drawers under the TV is also available along with a nautical love seat beside the bed
