  • Completely renovated house located in Tropic Palms community of Delray Beach.

    Family neighborhood. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. Maximum amount of guests is 8 with 2 cars only. In an effort to make sure it’s a peaceful experience for everyone, there is a ring camera at the front door and driveway to make sure that the house is being treated nicely and abiding by the rules to ensure the peace and quietness for the neighbors.

    Beach 2 miles away! Plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby.

    The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

    - 8 minutes from Atlantic Avenue.
    -10 minutes from Mizner Park in Boca.

    House has fully stocked kitchen. Pans, Plates, utensils, cups, etc. BBQ IN BACKYARD

    Master bedroom has TV mounted on wall.

    Both Master BR and Living room are smart TV’s. Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Etc.

    - Master- King Size
    - Guest room- Queen
    - Guest room- two twin size beds

Had a wonderful stay here! The pool was beautiful and heated! Love the neighborhood and the owner responded immediately to any questions I had. My husband and I stayed here to visit our grandchildren and we would definitely stay again.

Check-in process was smooth and easy. Justin was also very accommodating. He was attentive with any question or concern I had. The house felt like a home. It was absolutely beautiful. The pool was amazing. Property is very well kept. loved all the wildlife in the canal in the backyard, which was a bonus. Although the otters didn't stay long, they did visit every day. Neighbourhood is very peaceful. This is a perfect place for a family. I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Check in was quick and easy. The house was clean and was in good location. Neighbors friendly. Easy to get to Atlantic Ave and Boca. The living area was spacious and well stocked for our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially sitting by the pool. Host responded in timely manner when we had questions about adding days to our stay. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Check in process was seamless, host Justin was very responsive. Home was clean and pictures were accurate as depicted. Pool was great and heated as described. Basic amenities included . Ping ping table/dart board a nice plus. Close to supermarkets/Atlantic Ave/beaches. My only critique is the inaccuracy of describing home as “New” - the home was renovated but not “new” (built in 1978) . Neighborhood was quiet as described.

Perfect family house

The house was clean and spacious. It had a lovely pool and the location was good - a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Justin was a super responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Host

The house was phenomenal. Everything was well above and beyond our expectations, especially the host Justin. He was so accommodating. it was such a pleasure even though it being a very last minute booking on a holiday week. We will 100% book again and will soon.

Just being honest

So this property was pretty bland. Didn't really give me the family home vibes. I felt as if the property was kind of rushed together. There was a orange plastic construction fence in the back that keeps you away from the creek that wasn't mentioned in the profile. The main bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, and there was a small hole in the wall from the bathroom door handle due to the lack of a door stopper. The microwave door hits the cabinet making it hard to open. The washer machine leaks causing washed clothes to still be soaked. The jacuzzi tub doesn't work and the water that filled it was an off yellow tint. Then the light switches, how and what lights they operated threw me off as well. The cleanliness could have been better also. All the towels were just in the dryer upon arrival and they weren't completely dry.There was a pot full of grease just sitting under the cabinet and what seemed to be party decorations from the previous guest on the ceilings.There was only less than half a tank of propane for the grill even the spare was empty. So I had to finish cooking on the stove the place got kind of smoky and I realized the smoke alarms didn't go off. Streaming off the TVs didn't really work neither just kept getting stuck on loading. We barely stayed in the house it was just a last minute booking for me to have somewhere to lay my head. So it was okay overall, nice quiet neighborhood, location wasn't far from beaches or other entertainment. Loved the pool

Great quiet neighborhood. Pool was amazing and so cool with the night lights. Spacious. Game room was fun. There were a few things that could be replaced/spruced up like the patio couch, fix the master bath cabinet and touch up paint on the windows and doors. Please add grill equipment (hot pads/ grill spatula). But my family had a great visit and I would rent again.

Justin was a perfect host, he always responded quickly. The place was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool stayed warm, it was a cool week so that was important. My guests were pleased and want to return.
