When I booked I advised of my mobility issues but I did not expect quite a big step into the shower without a hand rail. The advertisement explained that all units are ground floor and wheelchair accessible. I was offered a ramp to access the unit and I said the steps would be ok. I would recommend a handrail on the exterior steps in some units for people who require a bit of stability on the steps. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again."
