TN River Waterfront
- Excellent river getaway! This waterfront home is located on 3 lots on the banks of the TN River with spectacular views. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, storm room, game room, and its own half-court basketball /pickle ball court. It also has a large side yard with plenty of room to play, and fire pit for your after dinner s'mores that both overlook the river. Witness breathtaking sunrises and make lifetime memories with family and friends by the fire. Short walk to Mermaid Marina and Tennessee River Marina and restaurant, boat ramp located at marina. Plenty of Parking and room for your boat. There is a dock on the back lot, but it depends on water level as-to whether a boat can go back there. The property does have 3 exterior cameras for security purposes. Short golf cart drive to TN River Golf course clubhouse. Thank you for your interest in our home!
