The cottage has been lovely restored to feature exposed beams and many other original features, whilst also offering all the modern comforts you would wish for in a holiday home. Set over four floors, the cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, and there is a small courtyard to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine after a lovely day on the beach or exploring the vibrant town. Ground floor Steps up to front door leading into the dining room Dining room With a pine dining table, four chairs and a dresser. Stairs down to the kitchen Kitchen Galley style kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine with a selection of pods. Door to courtyard. Courtyard Table and 4 chairs Lower ground floor Sitting room Corner sofa, armchair, electric wood burner, Smart TV (with Sky Sports) and a selection of traditional board games. Please note this room has a low ceiling in places. First floor Bedroom - sleeps 2, double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers Bathroom – bath with overhead shower, wc, basin, washing machine and tumble dryer Second floor Bedroom - sleeps 2, two single beds, bedside table and lamp, hanging rail and dressing table Pet friendly Parking No parking but there is a council car park along the promenade and free on street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk Things You Need to Know Towels and linen are provided Pets welcome – there is a charge of £25 per pet per stay There is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with seating Wi-Fi access Central heating throughout Please note: the ceiling in places is low, and care needs to be taken. The stairs are also steep as is traditional in these cottages, so are not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility or the very young. Cot and high chair available House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
