My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The amount of dirt/dust/film in the bathroom was gross (I took pictures). The air conditioning vent was leaking something brown. The toilet sounded like a creature was escaping after flushing and randomly throughout our stay. So smoky and the perfume that was ever present gave me a stomach ache
