Gorgeous Sunsets! Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo.

Three bedroom, two bath condo on the 5th floor of Oceanwalk Condominiums. Located in Ocean Walk Condominiums are located adjacent to the ocean with access to a no drive beach, safe for the whole family. It is less than a five minute walk from the unit to the beach. 2 Pools with clubhouses, gym, tennis, shuffle board. The private screened west facing balcony overlooks a scenic wetlands nature preserve and estuary, as well as the inter-coastal waterway. Enjoy gorgeous Florida sunsets from here. The unit is well furnished and tastefully decorated. Upgrades include cultured marble tops, tub, large separate shower in the master suite, and several kitchen upgrades. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third. The unit is supplied with a full complement of linens, towels, kitchen accessories and beach accessories.

Fantastic Condo at Oceanwalk

Stayed here for a family trip. Condo is very spacious and every thing is as described I. The listing. Less than ten minute walk to the beach and right across from the pool and rec building. Absolutely gorgeous view of the sunset and the wetlands from the screened balcony. Have stayed at the Oceanwalk complex before but this was the best unit by far.

Excellent!!!

Everything about this condo was excellent and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, worry free stay. It’s in a safe neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. Everything you need to have a relaxing beach day is there for you, too. We didn’t want to leave and are looking forward to renting this condo for our next trip.

Urlaub in Florida 2022

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr gut und wir konnten bei unserer Ankunft ohne Probleme die Ferienwohnung "in Besitz" nehmen. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, allerdings waren wir zum wiederholten Male in New Smyrna Beach und kannten uns entsprechend gut aus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was es für einen Urlaub bedarf, gut ausgestattet und entspricht weitgehend der Beschreibung. Ein kleines Manko (betrifft den Reinigungsdienst), welches ich nicht weiter ausführen möchte, um keinen falschen Eindruck von der Ferienwohnung entstehen zu lassen, haben wir nach unserer Ankunft selbst behoben. Alles in allem ein prima Urlaub.

Great condo with an amazingly comfortable bed!

My wife, our two daughters and I stayed for a week at Jennifer's condo. It was well kept and had everything we needed for a summer beach week. One of the highlights had to be the bed in the master bedroom - we slept so well! The condo was conveniently located right across from one of the pools and Rec Centers, and less than 10-minute walk to the beach. We would certainly stay there again!

Beaching Smyrna

The condo is quite spacious and has a cozy beach and nautical decor. My family enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach everyday. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, tents and toys. Thanks for a lovely week! 5 stars!

OceanWalk is by far the best place to stay when in New Smyrna Beach. Very family friendly.

We have stayed in OceanWalk for the past 10 years. We love it. Our kids enjoyed every summer here. Made lots of memories. Pools are awesome. Beach is beautiful. This condo was great. Clean, and decorated in the nicest beach theme. Everything you need, chairs, wagon, cooler, towels. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities you need to cook in if you choose. Will be back in the summer!! Thanks Jennifer for sharing your condo!

Great complex, good location, nice condo, they need to fire their cleaners

This was our 3rd stay at the Oceanwalk complex in the last 4 years and the first time in this unit. We like this complex and all it has to offer. The location, decor, and layout of this condo are great. The rooms are well appointed with the exception of the cookware in the kitchen which was really not in good shape and appeared to be missing some major pieces. We were somewhat disappointed to find only 2 chairs in working order on the nicely screened in patio, but there was new, comfy seating in the living room. The minus to this property was that upon arrival, it had not been cleaned well by the cleaning staff. Items from the prior guests were left in every room, shower, closet, personal products had been left in bathroom drawers, food was still in the fridge, freezer, and cabinets. The showers and tubs were not clean. I'm happy to say the owners were apologetic and reimbursed us for the cleaning fee we paid when we reported our dissatisfaction.

The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The layout was great, too!

We had an amazing week! The condo was clean, was fully stocked (kitchen, linens, toys, etc), and a perfect distance from the north pool and access to the beach! The owners were easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and have a beautiful condo. The three bedrooms were perfect for my family. There were toys for the kids, chairs (beach) for the adults, and plenty of accessories for the pool and ocean. The porch is screened in and looks out onto the waterway, but it's the perfect escape to relax and enjoy a glass of wine! Overall, we'd definitely come back to Oceanwalk and absolutely rent unit 7-503!!!
