Our experience began before we even left New York - the hotel contacted us directly and asked if we needed any special services. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. We spent two nights at the hotel and ate in the hotel restaurant both nights. One night we ate in the a la carte restaurant and the second night we ate in the half board dining room. Both meals were great. The staff helped us with hiking trails and cog railway locations. It was a very pleasant stay at the beginning of our European vacation. Das Frühstück war okey hatte mehr oder weniger alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht. Wovon der Frühstückraum ist einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
