Balcony was also large and well-equipped. Kitchen equipment was fairly old but well maintained and it all worked as it should. Three supermarkets and a great baker nearby so supplies are not a problem. Bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow per person wasn't enough. Reception speaks limited English so bring a little German if you can.
