Includes 1 queen bed, a twin over full bunk, and 2 full baths. Full kitchen and Laundry I am available at any time by email, phone, or text. Davis is a central town along the Blackwater river with bars, restaurants, some shopping, and grocery. Check out our House manual for recommendations in the area! A car is necessary, but you can walk most places in town and there are plenty of biking trails verynearby. Please only one car parked outside the unit and please park as close to the unit as possible,and on the gravel. We walked to the ale house and Italian restaurant in March weather that was a bit chilly. Right next to cute down town walking distance to restaurants. One challenge was the parking. I felt the owner was not clear about where to park and how to turn around to avoid upset neighbor. We were glad we did. The ease of walking to breakfast and dinner was refreshing. The house itself was perfectly situated, a bargain at the price and very well equipped. Two caveats. There are no bedrooms on the first floor so the stairs might be daunting for physically challenged guests. Parking is a little tight for more than one car.
