As you enter the home you are greeted with a large living room/dining room area. As you walk towards the back of the home you will find an additional living room and dining room along with an open kitchen area. The best part is the tri-sliding door to the pool area where you can enjoy privacy with no rear neighbors. Upstairs you will find all 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom).

Located within the gated community of Watersong, and there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, like the tennis courts, playground, recreation and fitness facilities. This home is also located just under 30 minutes to Disney, just minutes to Providence Golf Club, shopping center, restaurants and more.

FACILITIES
This property is self-service--meaning our guests will need to supply their own toiletries such as cleaning products, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.

Upon arrival, the property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

We boast a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (gas heating optional - additional fees apply).

The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with chairs and an optional BBQ.

This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.

Our home is situated on a quiet street within the Watersong resort.

The community facilities are situated around 5 minutes walk from the home.

To the rear of the home is woodland and conservation.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.

The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub.

If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
