« Très bon hotel où résider pour participer à des salons sur le parc des expositions de Hanovre. La seule chose (mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien...) est que notre salon était à l'excat opposé et qu'il fallait quand même prendre la voiture bien que l'hôtel se situe aux portes de Messe! Chambre propre et personnel aimable. Un petit bémol sur le restaurant où seulement des buffets étaient proposés. Nous avons diné 2 fois au restaurant de l'établissement voisin 😉 »

« we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent. English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet. You can have coffee at the reception area near breasfast area complimentary,...

« No AC, only a vertical fan that makes no difference. Had to sleep with open windows while people next door were smoking on the balcony. Self checkout is a nightmare and the reception desk close at 3pm, just in time to miss your check-in. However it’s clean and the room is made everyday. Plus, the pillows are comfy »
