"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. Maintenance does not seem to be consistent at this property. The elevator kept going to floor 5 and staff knew about it for some time, I found out. Check in was slow, and no perks were offered even though the hotel was not full. A general lack of attention to detail in general. I had 2 spa days, 2 meals at the hotel, and stayed in a junior suite, but no awareness of priority guests was observed. It could have been a positive experience, but it was not. The spa therapists were both very good. The only bright spot. I didn't stay for breakfast because the clean table I sat at was actually dirty even though it was set. Again, just attention to detail missing. Unfortunate. I would not return."
