Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guests should expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine. PET RULES: Dogs are not allowed to lay on couches, beds, or furniture. All Pets must be leashed at all times when on property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the Airbnb and on the property. Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours.
