I was shocked to see mold in the bathroom, we paid $400 on average per night and it was shocking the bathroom had mold. The rest of the room was great. We used the spa and it was run by a third party, the massage and facial were not great, the service was very pricey and it was underwhelming. We had lunch at one of the restaurants and it was good. As far as using the shuttle to do down (because it is uphill to get to the hotel) you have to use the shuttle which takes you back and forth. I appreciate the service, however, if you are down, you will have to call the hotel, unless you have an international call on your phone you cannot call the hotel since it is a local Chinese number, and also the service stops at 10 PM. Most of the days we had to take a taxi from downhill to the hotel.
