I stayed here as I wanted to be in the city centre but within reach of the airport but most of all I wanted a good swimming pool. I needed 3 rooms for one night. It is a very grubby old run down hotel...a bit like an old style 'travelling sales persons' hotel. Not dissimilar to the run down motels in old American movies. But...the staff are lovely friendly and helpful..the pool is great. The beds are clean but very old and basic. It needs a lot of love and investment. Having said that it's a nice change from the a too common identikit business hotels springing up everywhere. It was a run down hotel: dirty brown sheets, dirty blue shower towers, water was dark brown a few times, elevator stopped working a few times. I was absolutely disappointed. It was a horrible experience and this should not be advertised as a 3 stars hotel. The cleaning crew didn't even knock on the door.
