9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
NOT A resort. A glorified hotel. Because I booked through Hotels.com there was ZERO effort to try and accommodate adding a night. They made me check out and then wait until 4pm to check back in, taking all my info, ID, credit card as if I was a brand new guest. Workout room is tired and sad with broken equipment and grungy gross carpet. Restarrant had really good food for a reasonable price.
The staff were polite, just not properly trained. Seems more like $$ extraction and less like hospitality.
