Very great location and rooms were lovely for the price. Loved being able to walk to the plaza de armas and to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, afternoon tea was relaxing, especially w Kiki (the alpaca) wandering the courtyard. Made the trip even more memorable

Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning.

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpfull. Participated in the Ceviche and Pisco Sour classes which were fun and the live band created a great atmosphere. However, have to admit that Kiki stole the show, she was a great adddition and everybody loved her!

Room was comfortable and clean (not updated if you are looking for upscale) but charming. Beware of room assignments if you are a light sleeper (rooms close to the street are VERY noisy at all hours). Staff was very friendly and welcoming :) Breakfast was great, lots of options and they even pack you a togo if requested ahead of time for early tours. Hotel is located in a great location, easy to walk to the square, shops and the market.

Nice quirky place with plenty of steps and ramps,, my biggest gripe was the hot water was a little Better than Luke warm and bathtub really not suitable for tall people. I’m 6 ft 2 After waking all day I love a hot bath to soak my knees The first night was great but there was a lot of noise from Music and other guests the second night. Also there is no ventilation in the room other than a heater fan The temp controls in the room and bathroom weren’t functioning

Excellent hotel very close to everything within walking distance. Rooms were nice, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed the central lounge, sitting and having tea with Kiki the Alpaca. Highly recommend Union Hotel.

The Union Hotel in Cusco is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel. It has an old Spanish-style feel, and the rooms were very clean and cozy. Each morning, we were delighted by the lovely breakfast spread and the wonderful team working there. There is also a cute baby alpaca named Kiki, and we enjoyed feeding her.

Staff super friendly. Breakfast very high quality, healthy and tasty. Showers need running for a few minutes before they get hot but great once it gets going. The location is superb, with the market nearby and many food places. If you need to miss breakfast due to a tour, they will prepare you a bag with a sandwich and fruit. 24 hours reception. Some things could do with refreshing, for example the bathroom tap needs its tap head replaced. Housekeeping could be earlier - they didn’t manage to clean in the 3 days we were there but could be unlucky timing. All in all, very highly recommended!

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. One day we had a cold shower and the next day a luke warm shower. Our room was odd with a loft where most of the beds were . The loft had low ceiling and little windows with no curtains so the room had too much light coming in at night.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had odd distributions and since we had a quadruple bed, the bathroom setting had no privacy. Also beds where hard for our liking. But overall the hotel was nice and breakfast was good.

This place was great! They had money exchange at a very inexpensive rate, they called us taxi, very attentive to anything. We needed, breakfast was amazing and included! Our favorite part was Kiki the alpaca wandering the grounds when we arrived, she's a resident rescue and she just made our stay. Oh also note that they do have altitude yes there available at all times!!

Great place. Highlights were the breakfast, service, and comfort of the beds. Its a bit noisy when people are in the plaza but we never really had a major problem with it. Enjoy the breakfast selection. Staff was amazing.
