This place looks nothing like the way it does in the pictures. I got the suite, walked in, used the bathroom (15 hour bus ride) and then walked right out and asked for a refund. The reason why is because it looked dirty, had holes in the wall and there was 0 privacy. The sheets weren’t clean either, there was hair all over the sheets and foot prints on the floor. There was even an opening in the closet from the hallway, where people could easily grab your luggage. You could hear people in the lobby too. I didn’t feel safe here. So after being in that place for less than an hour, I left. I found Apart hotel Inkasabios (best hotel in Cusco) and they saved my life. I will say that the hosts were kind enough to give me a refund and they were professional. I did get a call from hotels.com saying that they charged me for that night because I used the bathroom. Oh well. How weird but I guess it’s fine. I’m just saving you guys from getting scammed. Don’t book here. At least don’t book the suite. ![Window from room to hallway.
