Downstairs is a bit fresh and to enter you pass through a gate and a small garden. The address listed online was completely incorrect and led me to a dangerous, poorly lit alley in an unfamiliar part of the city. I was traveling alone and felt extremely unsafe. To make matters worse, I tried calling the hotel multiple times for assistance, but no one ever answered the phone. Not even a voicemail or automated message—just endless ringing. It was incredibly stressful and unprofessional. A hotel should at the very least provide accurate location information and be reachable in case of emergencies. This experience ruined the start of my trip, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up booking somewhere else entirely just to feel safe.
