The hotel and rooms are quiet, and always super clean and stocked us with tea’s, snacks and staff are always on hand to help. Comfortable rooms and beds. We stayed a few times between trails and staying elsewhere so tried a few rooms and all comfortable and good sizes with safes, hangers, and toiletries stocked up! Our room was very clean and the hotel is right in the middle of the historic district of Cusco. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Even though it’s a smaller hotel, there was always someone available to help us. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
