Great stay with beautiful views I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room offered a beautiful view, and the location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and it was very comfortable overall. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room 1802 was very clean, a good size with a large refrigerator, microwave and hot plates. In the heart of Curitiba with pretty much everything you need in walking distance though they are plenty of Ubers nearby as well even late at night.

The apartment was very clean and Comfortable for 2 people my only complaint is the bathroom is small but good water pressure. Nice view of Curitiba from the 18th floor. Pretty much everything you need is a quick walk away. Think of the city of Curitiba as a big circle with this property being near the center. Uber is quick and widely available. Most stores & restaurants take USA credit cards even Amex is widely accepted.

La habitación estaba bien, aunque la puerta no cerraba y aun y habiendolo mencionado varias veces, tardaron casi 2 semanas en arreglarla. También me reservaron mal 2 veces el parking con lo que tuve que buscar alternativas cuando ya me habían confirmado. Parte del personal fue muy colaborativo y amable, pero el servicio via mensajería es muy ineficiente y desesperante. Al terminar mi estada pedí alargar y tuve que cambiar de apartamento ya que el mío no estaba disponible. El nuevo al que fuí no tenía casi utensilios de cocina (no había paella y lo más parecido era una cazuela sucia, no había cubiertos...) y el aire acondicionado no se podía poner porqué perdía líquido y dejaba el suelo mojado. El gimnasio estaba bien.

Só achei barulhenta por conta da geladeira que tem dentro do quarto, ela tinha um termotasto que ligava e desligava e isso fazia barulho e eu despertava, o ar condicionado ligava sozinho as 05H (fui em uma época de muito frio), aí eu tinha que acordar e desligar. Muito bem equipada com utensílios, ótimo choveiro, roupa de cama e quarto limpo.

O quarto falta Detalhes.. Primeiro as toalhas pareciam com Cheiro Ruim.. Piorou ao decorrer dos dias.. quando falei cobraram por novas toalhas afirmando que não é hotel. Tomadas soltas, itens do checklist dos itens disponiveis faltando, chão não tinha o cuidado da limpeza, ALEM DISSO MISTURADOR do chuveiro a agua era GELADA OU PELANDO. No contato a pessoa pediu para eu mandar foto para abrir chamado... Tipo ruim atendimento e hospedagem.

Foi razoável. Havia poucas tomadas para recarregar aparelhos. Colchão bastante usado. A porta do box do chuveiro muito estreita. Sugestão: coloquem portas cujo modelo abra totalmente com dobradiças no meio, como janelas venezianas.

#### Bem localizado, mas ...
O lugar parece ótimo por ter fotos bonitinhas e ser bem localizado. Mas não é tudo isso. Tirando a facilidade para os passeios centrais, a segurança, a lavanderia e alguns itens no apartamento, há problemas. Falta conforto. O colchão é antigo e ruim. O sofá cama é desconfortável. Tem uma coberta muito velha. O ar-condicionado fica piscando o tempo todo. A geladeira faz muito barulho à noite. Tem formigas no quarto. Para além disso, faltou contato pré-check in e a receptividade é das piores que já tivemos. Não há intenção alguma de ajudar, de oferecer uma melhor hospitalidade e é difícil arrancar um bom dia do staff. Exceção do pessoal da noite, que é simpático. Por tudo isso, não voltaríamos.
