This was an oasis of stylish calm and relaxation in the centre of Chapadas. The hotel is lovely, the rooms big and clean, the breakfast amazing and the staff all completely lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, its is a real hidden gem.

Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

Pousada localizada próxima a praça central e restaurantes. Quarto muito confortável. Tive alguns problemas na chegada pois o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo muito forte e o chuveiro não tinha água quente. Tomamos banho frio no primeiro dia. O rapaz que estava na recepção foi muito prestativo, acionou a manuntencao para resolver a questão da água e solicitou uma limpeza especial no quarto para o dia seguinte. Apesar desses problemas iniciais, no dia seguinte após a limpeza o cheiro melhorou, e na segunda noite já tive água quente! Funcionários muito prestativos e sempre prontos para ajudar. A equipe é o maior diferencial da pousada!

Eu me decepcionei com o hotel, pois achei muita propaganda para o que entrega. É um hotel com potencial, mas falta zelo. O quarto em que fiquei, que é premium, tem o banheiro azulejado com pastilhas para um hotel com rotatividade, a limpeza tem que ser impecável ou deveria ter algo mais fácil de limpar. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar e teve um dia que nem pão francês tinha, que é algo básico. Além disso, você tem que solicitar a arrumação do quarto e não repuseram o frigobar com o básico, como água, nem retiraram o lixo, o que até hotéis mais simples fariam sem ter que solicitar. E não foi uma estadia barata.

Passei o final de semana nessa pousada e, sinceramente, foi uma experiência incrível! 🌿✨ O lugar é super aconchegante, bem cuidado e com uma vibe tranquila que dá pra desligar totalmente da correria. O atendimento foi outro ponto forte. Equipe atenciosa, educada e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto estava impecável, limpo, confortável e com tudo funcionando certinho. Sem falar na paz do ambiente, perfeito pra descansar de verdade. Café da manhã bem servido, com opções gostosas e frescas.
