Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This Hotel My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The customer service was disappointing, the property was extremely dirty, and the way they handled my reservation was unacceptable. I booked a room through Expedia, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room was no longer available because the hotel had sold it to someone else. Instead of honoring my reservation, they offered me a more expensive room and forced me to pay additional money just to have somewhere to stay. Since it was already late, I felt I had no other choice. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve the problem. The employee did not call a manager, offer a reasonable alternative, provide a discount, or even apologize for the inconvenience. They simply blamed Expedia and claimed they had sent them an email. Meanwhile, I was the customer left dealing with the consequences of their failure to honor the reservation. The condition of the property was also unacceptable. The place was dirty, the beds were filthy, and there was practically nothing available in terms of food or amenities. The overall condition made the stay extremely unpleasant. A hotel should honor its reservations, maintain clean rooms, and treat its guests with respect. Unfortunately, this establishment failed on all three fronts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves i

La propiedad podría ser un lugar muy agradable solo que la falta de mantenimiento desde hace años provoca que la alberca esté lleva de hongo, suciedad y de asco entrar o al menos pisar el suelo tan sucio, todo lleno de mugre, telarañas y moho, las fotos que muestran no se si son muy antiguas o muuuuy retocadas porque llegas y parece casa abandonada, y por lo mismo se lo haces ver al personal y solo te hace groserías, deberían asegurarse de que las fotos que muestran son reales y recientes porque no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, en cuanto pude me fui a otro hotel sin pensarlo

No respetan la reservación muy mal servicio llegué a las 11 pm confiado que mi reservación se iba a mantener la chica de la recepción me dijo que no se reservan ya que no tienen comunicación con la aplicación y entonces me quedé sin habitación ya casi medianoche sin dónde poderme quedar porque todos los hoteles estaban con ocupación llena por el puente vacacional y terminé en un hotel de paso que solamente me dejó quedarme 6 horas Para no pasar toda la noche fuera pésimo servicio y qué mal que que esté dado de alta En plataformas de reservación

Estuvimos alojados del 29 Dic del 2025 al 1ro de Enero. La instalación en general así como la habitación están estructuralmente muy deterioradas y sucias .Luminaria de la habitación sucia con bombillo débil. La instalación eléctrica esta' expuesta con falta de estética y seguridad .Todo el mobiliario está sucio y empolvado. Ropa de cama y toallas muy desgastadas y percudidas ,obligándonos salir a comprar estos productos. Piscina inutilizable por falta de higiene y acondicionamiento .No efectúan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ,a insistencia nuestra sacaron la basura un dia. Otro día limpiaron porque por deterioro del sistema hidráulico de otra habitación se inundó la nuestra con perjuicio evidente de nuestros equipajes. No existe closet ni colgadores de ropa. Presencia de desconchados el paredes de habitación y muy sucias, asi como en el techo. Balcón invadido por malas hierbas sucio, despintado y en abandono en estado de semiconstrucción. Cortinas sucias y al 70% de su cobertura .Baño con techo enmohecido, lavamanos mal situado( sobre el murete de la ducha)y sin espejo. El sistema de calor/ frio de las instalaciones hidrosanitarias está invertidas y no están canalizadas internamente en la pared ,estando por fuera de la misma. Mal olor y sensación de humedad en la habitación. Mando del televisor esta' desgastado por uso y no se identifican las teclas. Es un total engaño las fotos que promueven en la página de Expedia ante las fotos reales que tomamos nosotros.

No hubo toallas ni jabones y el servicio de la personas del turno en la noche fue muy desagradable. El olor del caño del baño era tremendo en todo el cuarto (num de cuarto 9) y por último, no había conexiones para cargar los teléfonos celulares en el cuarto.

El hotel se está cayendo. No tenía nada de lo que dice la página. No tenía agua en mi baño y mi ventilador no servía. Las toallas y sábanas estaban rotas. Decía q el check in era a las 12 y me hicieron esperar hasta las 3 pero el check out si fue a las doce. Todo mal pero ya no pude conseguir otro hotel porque era semana de vacaciones.
