The view of Cuenca was stunning and the bridge to the town was a very close. This is an amazing hotel, there is no other way to put it. The easiest check in I've ever had at a hotel too. They took a photocopy of my passport and handed me the key. Simple. The bar has a great menu and the staff were wonderful. Cuenca is stunning. We truly enjoyed our stay. We booked this hotel as part of a overnight stay on a long trip. We wish that we had allowed for a longer stay. The views are amazing and the historical town is beautiful. Too bad there was no coffee in the room. Hotel is magnificent, and very well maintained Breakfast was nice, though no vegetables at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the heart of the historic city. Food is excellent in both the bar and restaurant on the property. Getting around the historic city is just a short walk away. History, views, good restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the pony-tailed guy operating outside the hotel trying to get you to park on the street: he’s not an employee and expects you to give him money.
