However, that wasn’t a deal breaker. One of the deck steps was also loose, which could be a safety concern.What was truly frustrating—and not mentioned in the rental details—was the trailer parking situation. We’ve stayed at this property before and were previously able to park our boat trailer on-site without any issues. This time, however, we had to pay extra to park the trailer off-site, about 7 minutes away.This change is a deal breaker for us and would make us reconsider renting this property again. ##### Yasel T. The house we stayed in definitely needs some updates. There were a couple of things that were broken around the property. The bikes are very rusted and the handlebars are very hard to turn. I don’t know that I would really say it can sleep six people unless four of them are children. The communication with the property manager was fair at best.
