The attendant was on a private call the entire time she checked us in. Very outdated and not so clean.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The place was so well kept, it took me a while to realize it is NOT a very new building. In speaking with the staff at the reception desk I was told it had never been remodeled/refurbished (but was starting to be). Everything was spotless (housekeeping is great) and the furnishings were in fine condition. All staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. It was definitely a real cut above what I have come to expect from airport hotels!
Lastly, I really, really appreciate a hotel that will give a dog owner as nice and clean a room as a guest who does not have a dog!

It's okay. The staff wasn't very friendly and there was broken furniture in the lobby.
