On the upper floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed and a full bathroom, another bedroom with two 0.90 x 1.90 single beds and a large 30-square-meter solarium terrace. All rooms have their individual inverter system air conditioning machine (cold air or hot air for winter). Next to the pool we find the barbecue with an auxiliary gas kitchen and a large table with its chairs under an excellent natural shade. · At 1500 meters. we find the beach of fine sand. • At 500 meters. from the house there is an equestrian center. · At 800 meters. there is a shopping center with all kinds of shops and supermarkets. · At 2500 meters. a sports complex where you can practice tennis, fronton, swimming and any other sporting activity. • 1.5 km. In the breakwaters of the Cubelles coast you can go fishing with a rod and there are all kinds of restaurants. • The nearby town of Vilanova i la Geltrú 8 kms. We really liked house and enjoyed during our vacation. There are 5 bedrooms, and every room has air conditioner and closet. Kitchen has all equipments. Children liked the pool and played in the garden. The most important things are house is close to the beach and markets by driving 5 minutes. The beach is sandy and suitable for children. There is a free parking. You can find all types of markets which is very close to the house. Also it is very close to the train station if you want to visit Barcelona that train goes to Barcelona every 30 minutes. Jordi is helpful and communication was very easy and fast. We only had one small issue where our kettle wouldn't boil and Jordi came and replaced within an hour of us notifying him. The property is very well equipped with good air conditioning when needed. The four grandchildren (aged between 4 & 7) absolutely loved the pool as indeed did all the adults. We had hours of fun in the pool during our week's stay. We also liked the beach which was very child friendly and again the kids loved it. It's about a mile away from the property and you really need transport to get there but parking was very easy and free near the beach. If you wish to visit Barcelona it's probably easier to get the train which again is about a mile away with about a 40 minute train ride to Barcelona. I have not been back to Sitges area since 2014 after being stung by a supposedly luxury villa that I paid more for then, than this trip . Jordi certainly has convinced me back. His attention to little detail like cleaning equipment , toiletries etc not to mention the complimentary beverages in the fridge ( cava and soft) biscuits- made a welcome change . The beds are comfortable , all the a/c units work , kitchen units new and good quality , quiet area , the beach is only a short 7 or 8 minute run with beautiful never ending promenade in each direction to work off the alcohol excess . La villa est propre, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de magnifique vacances. A l'extérieur, le coin repas est parfait, tout proche de la piscine pour surveiller les enfants. Le gazon synthétique est vraiment une bonne idée, cela permet aux enfant de profiter de l'espace sans avoir de terre sous les pieds même après une baignade. Le seul petit bémol qui peut être relevé, ce sont les toilettes qui sont dans les salles de bains, mais qui n'empêche pas de passer un bon séjour. La villa est bien au calme, située, à 5 min des commerces et des plages, (en voiture). Et très proche des grands axes pour visiter. We felt very wellcome by the Landlord. Even at the first meeting with him although it was late at night. A wonderfull Waterland not to far from Cubelles, Nou Camp especially for the boys and Tivoli in Barcelona, which we all enjoid. Fairly good restaurants not to far from the house, by the seaside. Aug 24, 2018 #### Three week family break Just returned home after a relaxing three week family holiday. This accommodation is perfect for large families/groups, the bedrooms are spacious and it has everything you need. The pool is a good size and the bbq is brilliant for outdoor evening dining. There is a large supermarket nearby but would recommend a car to reach it and the beach. The owner kept in contact with us throughout our stay and even told us about two firework displays that were happening nearby, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The local area has lots to offer and we even travelled to Barcelona for the day via train which was brilliant. Jun 22, 2018 #### Una estancia increíble Tras pasar un maravilloso fin de semana tan sólo puedo felicitar a Araceli y Jordi por la limpieza y lo bien cuidada que estaba la casa. Además no faltaba de nada, estaba súper bien equipada, incluso nos dejaron leña para la barbacoa. Araceli y Jordi siempre atentos, ante cualquier duda respondían con rapidez. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar y descansar, sin ruidos y con varios centros comerciales a dos minutos. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta. El jardín y la piscina súper bien cuidada y limpia, de hecho solo entrábamos en la casa para dormir. De verdad que la recomiendo y es más que probable que volvamos porque nos encantó la estancia. Solo me queda volver a felicitar nuevamente a Araceli y Jordi por hacer de un fin de semana familiar en un fin de semana maravilloso. Gracias y nos volveremos a ver. Federico. ##### Fede A.
