We spent 2 nights here and found ALL staff really friendly and helpful. Most especially in the restaurant and bar. They were excellent. We had a lovely relaxing break with a pool and a spa and a restaurant. We were not expecting much for the price but will definitely be back. I have stayed in many hotels and I was very happy with the room and cleanliness. The facilities for self catering are unbelievable for the price. I would just like to say that the restaurant portions and food were really really good value for money. I am a huge eater and struggled to eat 2 courses. We had planned on eating in local restaurants but loved it so much we ate both nights on site. Great staff, great food and drink and evenings were thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all for your hard work in making everything perfect for us.

The chalet was clean, lovely and plenty of room,big living area, everything you need in the kitchen for a longer stay, storage and equipment, hoover, iron and board... Really pleased with everything,check in, parking and the food in the restaurant was fantastic,loved spending time in the pool and sauna, even got some exercise with the cliff walk to Cromer town, we will definitely be booking again. Really lovely staff, very warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean and well maintained. There was everything you could possible need in the kitchen plus some milk and teas and coffee. The park itself is lovely and if you walk up to the top car park there are great views up and down the coast. The pool and spa were just lovely too. I had a wonderful stay there and will definitely be going back.

My little 2 bed house and terrace was great. Very comfy and clean, well-equipped and blissfully quiet. The reception area is bit odd though, tucked away on one side, and resembling a municipal leisure centre, rather industrial. Not quite the country club I had imagined. Pool was closed for works, so they offered me another pool down the road but only for 45 mins slot including changing time which wasn't long enough for me. Sauna was a treat; a four seater, often empty. Beach is a 20 minute walk away, via 300 very steep steps on a collapsing cliff face.

We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. The two bathrooms were beautiful, and the showers were fantastic. The service was terrific, and parking was easy, though be prepared to walk 100-200 meters with your suitcases. The pool area was fabulous, with both a sauna and a steam room, and what was ideal was how warm the whole pool area was. We really loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you so much!
